The hotel is very close to the beach. I found many restaurants and shops nearby. Staff members were lovely (especially Irina at the front desk). Access to the beach club was perfect. The location is great, being within walking distance to the beach and major attractions. Public transportation is also conveniently located near the hotel.
The room was a bit small. The flooring looked cheap. Some pieces of laminate were missing.

The breakfast service provides a simple coffee. The dining area is kept clean. (I noticed the staff frequently cleaned the tables) Most food items are not fresh.

The hotel is close to the market. I found the staff helpful and ready with dining suggestions (a great help when you are new to the area). I appreciated the Christmas decorations in the hotel. The location near the sea made morning walks a real pleasure.
I noticed the breakfast room could get crowded at peak times. (It's a popular hotel!)
